Position: Barista 

Hours: Part-Time (25-30 hrs/wk)

Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour (combination of base pay + tips)

Availability is needed Monday through Saturday during daytime hours (shifts vary). This role requires year-round availability. Must be 18 years or older.

The Role:

You’ll play a big part in creating the Omega Experience. Here’s what your days will look like:

- Warmly welcoming customers, guiding them through our offerings, and answering any questions about the menu.

- Building connections, recommending drinks, and ensuring every visit is memorable.

- Handling customer feedback or questions with patience and grace.

- Working efficiently and joyfully during peak hours (multitasking is key!)

- Upholding cleanliness, shop standards, and company policies to keep our space vibrant and welcoming.

 

No prior barista experience? No problem! We provide all the training you need to feel confident and capable. This role is physically active, so you’ll need to be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs.
